Low air requirements

One of the main advantages of the IBL Mini (besides its price) is that it is designed to function with a factory air supply. Most factories only have compressors that generate 7 bar and an air volume of 500 to 3000 litres/min available, which should be sufficient for most cleaning jobs with the IBL Mini to achieve the desired result.

Dry ice consumption

The dry ice consumption can be controlled from 10 to 30 kg/h and the blowing pressure can be set between 2 and 12 bar.

Compact design

With a weight of only 32 kg and dimensions of 550x480x895 mm, the machine can be easily lifted into a car or stored on a shelf. Equipped with wheels and a holder for the blast hose, rolling to the point of use is an effortless task.

Nozzles and blast hose

The standard 4 and 5 mm flat aluminum nozzles are machined for low airflow and together with the lightweight 5 meter ½ inch blast hose, the user has an easy to handle setup.

To achieve the optimum cleaning performance with an air consumption of less than 1000 L/min, the flat 3 mm nozzle should be used and the grain size of the dry ice should be 2.2 mm or smaller. This can be achieved with the Crusher.
